Organization Accounts and Administrators

When you create an account for your organization, you can designate one or more administrators. It is the customer's responsibility to take appropriate measures to prevent losing control of the administrator accounts. When you offboard the last admin user, the portal will ask you to assign another user as the portal Admin. In the event of any support needed, reach out to support@mewurk.com.

Inactive Organization Accounts Policy

We reserve the right to terminate unpaid Organization accounts that are inactive for a continuous period of 3 months. In the event of such termination, all data associated with such Organization accounts and its users will be deleted. We will provide you prior notice of such termination and option to back-up your data.

Inactive User Accounts Policy

While users can request account closure through their company's Admin or HR, the decision to delete associated data is governed by the customer's internal policies. Mewurk does not have the authority to delete customer data and does not enforce any data retention policies. We acknowledge that customers may choose to retain employee data for legitimate reasons, such as rehiring or financial settlement, in accordance with their internal policies and applicable regulatory laws.

Proprietary Rights

You agree and acknowledge that the materials are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other applicable proprietary rights and laws in force by the time of this agreement and in the future. Third-party materials appearing on this website and portal have the copyright in the Materials original to them.
