In the event that you are displeased with the services provided by Mewurk, we will refund the money back within 15 days of payment, provided the reasons are genuine. Please read the fine print of each deal before buying it; it provides all the details about the services you purchase. In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their subscriptions and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:


Subscription Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please contact us via the Contact Us link. Requests received later than 15 business days before the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period and the charges will be calculated based on service usage days.

Our goal is to ensure your business operates smoothly and efficiently and your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a hassle-free refund within 15 days of payment – no questions asked!

If you've paid for your subscription via credit card, the refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of the purchase. Similarly, for payments made through a payment gateway, refunds will be returned to the same account used for the transaction.
