Mewurk does not use your face data or photos for any reason other than to record your attendance. Your face data is not shared with any 3rd party. Uploaded content is stored at the online secured data storage and displayed to your organization exclusively during your use of the services.

Transfer Of Data

You have a right to request Mewurk to rectify your personal data. It means you can demand all the inaccurate personal data concerning you to be corrected. You can also complete the personal data if you feel there is a need to do so.

You have a right to request Mewurk to erase personal data. You can request Mewurk to erase personal data if its processing is no longer necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected as well as if there are no legal grounds for the processing. For this purpose, you can contact us at sales@mewurk.com In most cases, Mewurk will erase it unless otherwise required by legislation.

You have a right to restrict the processing of your personal data by Mewurk.

In some cases, as prescribed by law, you will be able to restrict the processing of your personal data, for example, if you contest the accuracy of your personal data being processed or in case Mewurk is not interested in processing your personal data any longer, but you want Mewurk to do this on different reasons, for example, to bring some claim for somebody and, instead of the erasure of information, its processing will be just restricted.

You can withdraw your consent for the collection and processing of your personal data by Mewurk at any time by contacting us, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. After we at Mewurk receive such a withdrawal request from you, we will process it in a timely manner and we will no longer process your personal data unless otherwise is set by law.

Any requests to exercise your rights can be directed to Mewurk by writing to sales@mewurk.com. These requests are free of charge.

Mewurk will provide information on action taken on your request related to your rights specified above within one month of receipt of the request for the longest. That period may be extended by two further months if Mewurk is overwhelmed by the number of requests or the request at issue is complicated and requires a lot of action. Mewurk will inform you of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request, together with the reasons for such delay.

If you have doubts as to our reply or reaction or absence of such, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority that is empowered to process such complaints in your country.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds

Mewurk is not liable to process any refund.

Cancellation

UPI and Net Banking Transactions cannot be cancelled after initiating the transaction. If the User has entered the wrong account number/VPA ID, then the Company is not a liable party in the transaction.

All UPI transactions are real-time and if there is any delay in the end of the transaction then the User can check with the support team of Mewurk at sales@mewurk.com after a 30-minute cool period.

Debit Card/Credit Card

Mewurk only asks their business customers to make payments and subscriptions to the service/product they enroll for and does not ask for any card or other payment details from the end users.

If the Mewurk customer has any issues related to transactions linked with a Debit/Credit card, then the customer must report the same via mail to sales@mewurk.com

The Company will respond and try to resolve the issue in the given escalation matrix as per the Company’s internal processes and policies.

All refunds will be processed by following the validation of the transaction on a case-to-case basis in the given legal framework. The escalation matrix remains the same for the Refunds/Cancellations for all the transactions.

The Company allows the customers to export the PDF from its account which the User can share with its end customer as required.

Live Track Terms of Use

Authorized use of the Services

The Live Track Service only enables if the user shares the permission to enable geotagging as an employee of the company, which the Mewurk App installed on it (the “Device”). You agree that no one other than the User can authorize or enable sharing their location with the Owner. Any other uses of the Services are not authorized by Mewurk and are undertaken at your own risk. If Mewurk has a reasonable belief that you use the Services for purposes other than those listed above, Mewurk reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services immediately. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you must not use the Services to stalk, harass, harm, or threaten to harm or to invade the privacy of any person.

Compliance with laws and regulations

You agree to ensure that your use of the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations in your area regarding the use of location-tracking products and services. Mewurk will not be responsible for your use of the Services in violation of any laws or regulations.

Disclaimer of Certain Damages

In no event will mewurk be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, incidental, exemplary, and consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) resulting from the use, or inability to use the services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not mewurk is advised of the possibility of such damages.

Any use of the Services is at your own risk. Mewurk makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Services or about the results to be obtained from using the Services.
